Refund policy

Returns

We want you to be happy with your order. If you would like to return an item, please contact us at info@tastefromthemed.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

• unopened
• unused
• in their original condition
• returned in suitable packaging
• still within their use-by or best-before date, where applicable

Items should be returned within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to return them, where possible.

For chilled or temperature-sensitive products, the customer is responsible for ensuring the item is returned in appropriate chilled packaging and in a safe, suitable condition. We recommend using the original chilled packaging where possible.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is returned opened, damaged, used, out of date, not in its original condition, or not returned in a suitable chilled condition where required.

Return postage

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or delayed in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Original delivery charges are not refunded unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or where otherwise required by law.

Order Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@tastefromthemed.com.

Orders can only be cancelled or changed before they have been dispatched.

If your order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel it. In this case, you may return the order once received, provided it meets our returns conditions. Return postage will be the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Dispatch Information

Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after 12pm, during weekends or on bank holidays will usually be processed on the next working day.

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday only, excluding bank holidays.

Weekend orders will usually be dispatched on Monday, unless Monday is a bank holiday.
