Granoro "0" pizza flour is obtained by grinding and blending the best soft grains with high protein value. It contains no foreign substances nor impurities and has not undergone artificial bleaching or similar treatments. This is a soft wheat flour, contains more gluten than the Granoro "00" flour, and is best for baking pizzas and focaccia.

Because it is richer in gluten, this flour makes the dough more elastic and consistent and is the best flour to use for bread and pizza. Recommended for dough with medium-long leavening times, Granoro "0" Pizza Flour has a greater water absorption compared to common flours, the dough is more elastic and capable of developing a perfect leavening.
