Banana bread with Sunita 4 Nut Butter

Shopping List

3 small to medium very ripe bananas mashed

100g Softened Butter

2 large Tablespoons Sunita 4 Nut butter

175g Caster Sugar

2 Eggs

225g Self Raising Flour

1tsp Baking Powder

2tbsp Milk


Lightly grease the loaf tin and line it with non-stick baking parchment. Pre-heat the oven to 180/350/Gas Mark 4.

Measure all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and beat for 2 minutes, until all the ingredients are well blended.

Spoon the mixture into the prepared tin and level the surface. Bake for 1 hour, until the loaf had risen, and golden brown. With a fine skewer insert it into the middle of the loaf to ensure the loaf is completely baked.

Leave to cool in the tin for a few minutes, then loosen with a small palette knife, remove the lining paper and turn onto a wired rack.
