Avocado, Sunita Almond & Sesame Butter and tomato salad

Shopping List

2 ripe tomatoes, cut into cubes 

1 avocado, cut into cubes 

½ fresh red chilli, de-seeded and finely chopped

½ red onion, diced

1 lime, juice and zest or Sunita Lime juice (3 tablespoons)

2 Tablespoons of Sunita Almond & Sesame Butter

1 tbsp Sunita extra virgin olive oil

Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method

1. In a bowl, make the salsa by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl (tomatoes, avocado, chillies, red onion, Sunita lime juice, Sunita Almond & Sesame Butter and Sunita olive oil). Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper and set aside.
