1. Slice Sunita ready to use polenta into the required size
2. Place on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil (we use Hellenic Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
3. Bake in oven gas mark 6 (200 degrees) until crispy
4. Season to taste and serve
For an extra kick, sprinkle with chilli flakes or paprika before baking!
